About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you'll manage a defined Queensland territory stretching from Brisbane City through to Logan and out to Toowoomba and Goondiwindi. This is a predominantly on-the-road role where you'll maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a very warm and established portfolio, while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities within the food service sector. You'll be responsible for a mix of service visits, cold calls, and product testing activities each day. With most of your work conducted in the field, you'll only need to attend the office once a fortnight for a short team meeting. Supported by strong induction and onboarding, this role offers excellent autonomy and clear KPIs to ensure you succeed. About You You're a confident, self-starting sales professional who enjoys being out on the road. You're at home in the food service space and know how to speak the language of chefs, venue owners, and operators. You bring commercial smarts, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for growing long-term customer relationships. You're also someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of your results.
